Technology connects the journey.
And empowers people.
Three digital platforms serving individuals and employers: the career guidance platform, the INSPIR recruitment platform and the career assessments platform.

Career guidance platform
An online platform offering paid career guidance and mentoring exclusively to job seekers and employees. Beneficiaries can browse career mentors’ profiles, choose the most suitable mentor and book a consultation session through the site.
Platform components
- A profile for each mentor showing qualifications, experience, specializations, languages, consultation areas, available times and prices.
- Search and filtering by professional field, experience, language, session time and session type.
- Secure online booking and payment, with a booking confirmation and payment receipt.
- One-to-one virtual or in-person sessions, as announced by the mentor and the platform.
- An introductory questionnaire that defines the career challenge, with an action plan and recommendations after the session according to the package.
- Rating of the beneficiary’s experience and follow-up on the recommendations, with information kept confidential.
Beneficiary journey — job seeker or employee
The cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy is shown before payment. A consultation does not guarantee a promotion, a job or any specific career outcome.

INSPIR recruitment platform
A digital platform for job seekers that connects career readiness and smart assessment with suitable job opportunities. It offers a clear path that begins with choosing a paid service and ends in employment when a suitable opportunity is available and the employer’s requirements are met. Paying the fees does not guarantee a job.
Services for job seekers
- Create an account and professional profile, set out specialization, experience and career goals, and accept the terms of service.
- Choose a service package and review the price, fees, taxes and cancellation and refund policy before paying online.
- A career diagnostic session to identify strengths, gaps and target roles and set an individual development plan.
- Prepare or redesign the CV, write the professional summary and improve how skills and experience are presented.
- A career guidance session with a specialist to define the path, growth opportunities and job-search strategy.
- Practical training in interviews, professional networking and job searching, depending on the chosen package.
- AI-supported mock interviews with feedback open to human review.
- Role-appropriate assessments covering skills, competencies and professional behaviours, with the assessment criteria explained.
- Matching the candidate’s profile with available jobs and coordinating with employers once the candidate consents to sharing their data.
- Arranging employer interviews and following up on results, the job offer and onboarding procedures.
Services for employers
Posting vacancies, receiving candidates, search and initial screening, preparing shortlists, organizing interviews, reviewing relevant assessment results once the necessary consents are obtained, and coordinating to complete the hire. Final selection and appointment decisions remain with the employer, with human oversight of automated assessments.
Key operational controls
Prices, package, deliverables and duration must be stated clearly, and no promise of employment is made in return for fees. Licensing requirements and regulations for paid recruitment services are reviewed before launch, and data-protection, non-discrimination and right-to-challenge controls apply to automated assessment.

- Clear assessment criteria.
- AI-supported mock interviews with feedback open to human review.
