General Terms and Conditions of Use

Version for the INSPIR website and platforms.

INSPIR Human Resources Consulting Company | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Licence No. 15246

Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of the INSPIR website, platforms and services, and are read together with the terms of the relevant package, quotation or signed contract. In the event of a conflict, the specific written terms of the service prevail to the extent permitted by law.

INSPIR services

Services include human resources and organizational development consulting; the employment and readiness platform for job seekers; the career mentoring platform for job seekers and employees; outsourcing and managed services for companies; the knowledge library; and technical and analytical services, as described for each service.

Employment platform and fees

The job seeker selects a paid package, which may include career assessment, CV preparation, mentoring, training, AI mock interviews, tests, matching with opportunities and coordination with employers. The services, price, tax, duration and cancellation policy are disclosed before payment. Fees are paid for the specified services, not for a guarantee of employment or of the candidate’s acceptance; the hiring decision remains with the employer. The provision of paid employment services is subject to verification of licences and regulatory requirements before launch.

Career mentoring platform

The service is intended for job seekers and employees. The beneficiary chooses a mentor based on the mentor’s professional profile, books an appointment and pays the displayed fee. The mentor undertakes to deliver the session and the outputs specified in the service description. A consultation is not a guarantee of a job, a promotion or any specific career outcome.

Outsourcing and managed services for organizations

INSPIR assigns an HR manager or specialist, as agreed, to manage or follow up on government platforms, employment contracts, health files, medical insurance, payroll inputs and other agreed services. The monthly fee is set according to the organization’s size, number of employees, scope of work and service level, and the proposal or contract sets out service hours, limits of responsibility, authorities, reporting and payment dates. Final approval authority and the employer’s statutory obligations remain with the client unless the agreement and the law provide otherwise.

Accounts and accuracy of information

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep their login credentials confidential, and must not impersonate others, upload unlawful material or infringe intellectual property rights. Access may be suspended in case of misuse in accordance with legal and contractual procedures.

Prices and payments

Prices, taxes and any additional fees are displayed before a purchase is completed. Invoices are issued in accordance with regulatory requirements. Monthly subscriptions follow the billing, renewal and termination cycle set out in the client’s contract, and no automatic renewal is assumed unless it has been disclosed and agreed in accordance with the law.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Each package clearly states, before payment, the permitted deadlines for cancellation or rescheduling, the treatment of no-shows, and partial or full refunds. Specific terms do not diminish the consumer’s statutory rights. Periods and amounts: [to be completed according to the approved operating policy].

Assessments and artificial intelligence

Results of tests and AI interviews are supporting indicators that may be affected by data and inputs, and are subject to appropriate human review. INSPIR does not use the results alone to make a final hiring decision. The privacy policy applies to assessment data.

Confidentiality and data protection

Both parties undertake to keep information confidential and not to use it outside the scope of the service. Controls for processing employee, payroll and health data are set out in the relevant outsourcing agreements. The INSPIR privacy policy applies to the processing of data controlled by the company.

Intellectual property

Rights in the platforms, content, templates and original tools remain with INSPIR or their licensed owners. The client’s right to use deliverables and receive files is defined in the service proposal or contract. Materials may not be resold or published without an appropriate licence.

Service limits and liability

Services are provided within their agreed professional scope. INSPIR does not guarantee a specific employment, promotion or financial-savings outcome unless measurable contractual indicators are expressly stated. No provision shall be interpreted as excluding liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and disputes

Enquiries and complaints may be submitted to info@inspir.com.sa or 920012986, and are handled according to the published procedures, the contracts and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction or the settlement mechanism is set out in the contract where the law permits.

Amendment and effect

These terms may be updated, with the effective date announced and beneficiaries notified where necessary. Effective date: [to be set on approval]. The pricing, refund and digital-services licensing policies must be approved before the final version is published.
